As well as advising employers on the appropriate work-related routes for employees to enter the UK and more generally on the Immigration Rules, we liaise closely with individual employees to minimise the UK immigration problems they and their families face on arrival and when travelling subsequently. Our employment, pensions, employee benefits and tax specialists help structure contractual arrangements and remuneration packages and advise on UK tax issues.

Our work for high-net-worth clients revolves around securing their personal status and minimising travel disruption, within the confines of a politically sensitive area; we work to assist in obtaining visas for family members and staff.
