We advise in relation to the full range of both hostile and friendly litigation from complaints to the Pensions Ombudsman to High Court litigation.  We principally act for trustees or sponsoring companies, as well as representative beneficiaries.  High Court litigation is undertaken by our specialist pensions litigators often working in tandem with our pensions lawyers.

We have experience in dealing with all dispute resolution procedures available for pensions issues including:

• High Court litigation, including proceedings in the Court of Appeal;
• mediation;
• proceedings before the Determinations Panel of the Pensions Regulator;
