Advised on the establishment of 17 Capital - an innovative provider of preferred equity and mezzanine financing to private equity portfolio owners and secondary buyers. 17 Capital have raised their first fund and boast AGF Private Equity – Allianz Group as one of their anchor investors.
British Airways Pension Fund
Acting for British Airways Pension Fund in relation to a range of investments in mezzanine and related funds of various types and focus including investment in GS Mezzanine Partners V.
Indigo Capital
Advised on the fundraising of Indigo Capital’s latest €550m fund and we continue to advise on a range of regulatory and operational matters. Indigo Capital is a long-established investment management firm specialising in the provision of mezzanine and junior capital to privately-owned European businesses.

Advised in respect of the establishment of Nordic Mezzanine’s third fund, Nordic Mezzanine Fund III LP, which held its final closing in H2 2009.Nordic Mezzanine is a dedicated manager of mezzanine funds focussed on the Nordic area and Northern Europe.
