Advising a major financial institution on litigation arising out of the departure of a large team to a competitor. Claims were made for breach of confidence (relating to misuse of a client list) and breach of fiduciary duty. The claims were settled earlier this year prior to trial.

Advising a number of individuals and teams in relation to team moves in the banking and financial sector, especially arising out of the consolidation in the sector which has taken place following the credit crunch.
