Macfarlanes advises Caledonia Investments plc on its investment in Bowers & Wilkins Group Limited
Macfarlanes has advised Caledonia Investments plc on its £24m investment to acquire a 20 per cent interest in Bowers & Wilkins, a global designer, manufacturer and distributor of high-end audio equipment.
The Macfarlanes team was led by corporate partner Stephen Drewitt, who said: "We are delighted to advise Caledonia Investments on our first transaction for them and look towards growing this relationship in the future."
