Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes
Advising Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes on a proposed new neighbourhood of up to 1,900 dwellings on the North East Sector, Crawley. To date, this matter has involved two lengthy public inquiries and two successful legal challenges (by our clients) in the High Court.

WSP Environmental Limited
Brownfield redevelopment: Advising WSP Environmental Limited on the first “Active Transfer” in the UK, a ground breaking EHS liability transfer solution, in which WSP Environmental agreed to remediate the target site together with taking on a range of EHS liabilities. This innovative liability solution allowed the sale of the former Kodak imaging chemicals facility to proceed.
