Advising Arora International on agreements for the development and letting of four Premier Inn hotels around the main airports and dealing with the funding for those developments with a number of institutions.
August Equity
Advising August Equity LLP on the £75m sale of Healthcare Homes Group Ltd to Bowmark Capital, the acquisition of Lifeways Community Care Ltd, and the sale of Sona Group, a corporate fitness and medical services provider.
Marriott International, Inc.
Advising Marriott International, Inc. in relation to aspects of its joint venture with Whitbread involving a portfolio of 46 hotels and the subsequent sale of the joint venture company to Royal Bank of Scotland for £951m.
Silverfleet Capital
Advising Silverfleet Capital on the £107.5m acquisition of the Paramount restaurant chain and on the £262m sale of Barracuda Group.
Westmont Hospitality Group
Advising Westmont Hospitality Group on management arrangements for the acquisition of a portfolio of nine European hotels being purchased in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as separately for the Sacca Sessola in Venice.
Rex Restaurant Associates Limited
Advising Rex Restaurant Associates Limited (Rex), owner of the Wolseley and the Delaunay, and its shareholders Jeremy King and Chris Corbin, in relation to a £21m investment in Rex by Graphite Capital.
