Acting for Associated British Ports on a number of High Court and adjudication claims relating to dredging disputes and clause 12 claims under the ICE Conditions, including a successful and reported 10 week trial against Hydro Soil Services BV. Also advising on a major port redevelopment project in the north of England.

Advising B&Q plc in relation to a multi-million pound claim against a contractor for defective work at a major distribution centre and acting for B&Q Properties in a dispute regarding a GMP contract and/or letter of intent contract, involving claims for extensions of time, increased payments and outstanding defects.

Advising on the procurement of turbines for wind farm development in Romania and on a dispute with Siemens regarding additional costs/import duties under the Project Agreement.
